"Blood testing"

I have to come to this dept monthly for my warfarin and it always fills me with dread I walk into the waiting room and yes every chair is full overflowing into the corridor, 2 nurses on talking about tv/boyfriends /broken nails wandering around . everytime a patient leaves the cubicle the nurse wanders out to the desk has another little chit chat then eventually callls out a name, I have been sat there for nearly 2 hours, which my employer isnt paying me for. Why cant you adopt Derby hospitals system they can clear a room in 1/2 hr no chit chat and no nurses wandering around we have been filling in questionaires re opening this dept earlier and closing later but nothing seems to be happening everyone is grumbling in there but nothing gets done
