"Cardiac investigation"

Attended Outpatients today for a cardiac problem appointment.Sent straight for an ECG which was done within 10 minutes.Then returned to Outpatients where I hardly had sat down before being taken through for blood pressure and weight measurement.I then saw a doctor shortly after. Along with with all the team I came into contact with he was very friendly.His manner was reassuring and he outlined the next steps in the investigation and informed me he would contact me.I felt a,that I had someone who was competent and was interested in my problem but b, he was going to take responsibility in the progress of it.
