"The system is in a complete mess"

My 9 year old daughter, trauma to her knee 11 Dec 13. WEnt to A & E 6 days later. Supposed to be referred. Wasnt. We chased it up, she wasnt on the system. They saw her that day in Physio. Great physio. WOrked on my daughters knee for 6 weeks, referred her to fracture clinic. Went to fracture clinic, told she would need to be referred, would take 1 to 2 weeks (daughter on cruches since pre Christmas) now waiting for an appointment with a specialist. How much damage could have been done to my daughters knee. Why so many referrels, why no specialist in fracture clinic. A lot of school time taken off, work time taken off for appointments. And 7 weeks from injury, 6 weeks from first visit to hospital, still we dont know what is wrong witha nine year olds knee.
