"Experience of daycare surgery"

About: Boston NHS Treatment Centre

Not being medically qualified I cannot comment on the diagnosis or surgery, bladder neck incision, but all I can say is that it seemed excellent to me.....time will tell as regards effectiveness. Over all I found the level of service exemplary, particularly the attitude of all the staff, the nurses they deserve special mention. Everything was explained in total detail and every question was covered fully. The physical assistance that was extended in what can only be described as a "delicate" area was first-class. As was their unstinting approach to follow-up by 'phone....."just to check you are ok and have no problems"! Having previously been forced to undergo surgery (Pace-maker), at The Pilgrim all I can say is there is no comparison. Why can't all hospitals be like Boston West?
