Options and LiveWell at SYHA is the other support I receive and is excellent. I think that there should be more continuity with the people that support me but I understand that people will leave and have to be replaced by new workers. They are professional, keep me on task, I particularly like having support from workers of a similar age.

Thank you for your positive feedback on the support you receive from SYHA's Options service. We always try to achieve continuity of support, but as you understand it's not always possible; we'll take your feedback on board and look to see if there are any other ways we can improve the continuity on your support.

It's great to hear that you enjoy having a key worker who is a similar age to you too. Please continue to tell us what you think to your support.
