"My stay at the Royal Blackburn"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

I was admitted to ward C9 via A&E on December 30th and discharged on January 2nd 2014. Whilst I was a patient I found everyone from A&E to the ward most courteous and helpful. I cannot praise the doctors and nurses enough. My only complaint was that I never got a warm meal, this could be because C9 is the top floor and I believe the kitchens are in the basement.

Thank you for your feedback of your experience we will of course ensure that the teams have sight of your feedback which will undoubtedly provide them with a sense of pride and achievement in making your experience such a positive one. The catering service will be informed of the issues with temperature of the food and a solution sought to rectify the issue. As a Trust, we receive regular feedback around how our services are being experienced by our patients and visitors and we like to take every opportunity to learn about what we are doing right and what we can improve upon. We therefore thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn from your care here.
