The experience was made as pleasant as possible. All the staff were kind, considerate and caring. I was kept informed throughout my stay about times, procedures and after care. I experienced seamless care from the time I stepped into the reception until I left after surgery. The unit was pleasant and had a calming effect. Thank you to all the staff.
