What I liked

The hospital was easy to find. The time I waited was not too long.

What could be improved

I saw a consultant's understudy who diagnosed my complaint. However, the consultant disagreed with the diagnosis so I am left now waiting to see what is going to happen about my complaint. I have been told I am being sent for a scan which was in September last year but still have heard nothing. The thing that could be improved is communication between doctors and informing me of what is happening which the hospital has failed to do despite numerous letters from my GP.
