What I liked
my daughter has been under the care of the eye hospital for over 3 years and has always received excellent care and treatment.She has been on the paediatric day unit(Caroline Suite) 3 times and everybody has been brilliant .The ward staff and theatre staff are excellent are providing reassurance.The clinic Staff and Orthoptists have equally been as good. My daughter is inder the care of a doctor and they have been superb with her on every occassion.The doctor has an excellent bed side manner and always takes time to explain things to you.I am so pleased with the treatment she receives .
What could be improved
The clinics are very overbooked and waiting times are long.However, care is thorough and worthwhile.
The toilets outside the Paediatric Out Patients are not very clean.
