"I never thought I could confide in a stranger"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

So far I have had two courses of counselling for an ongoing work problem, which led to severe depression and anxiety.

I have found them extremely helpful as I never thought I could confide in a stranger.

I am currently waiting for level three and hope this will prove as helpful as the previous two have been.

Dear Toy511

Thank you for this feedback. I am glad we were able to support you at what sounds like a very stressful time. I'm glad you point out that you overcame your doubts about confiding in a stranger as I'm sure his will help others who have similar anxieties.

I hope your sessions continue to help and I wish you all the very best for the future.

Kind regards

Heather
