"Excellent level of care"

This is for our G.P. at the Trinity Court Surgery in Stratford-Upon-Avon, and the surgeon and the nursing staff on Willoughby Ward and the Colorectal Nursing Team at Warwick Hospital. Thanks for their professional expertise and care that meant that, within 3 months, my husband's bowel cancer was diagnosed and removed. We are very grateful for all of the attention they gave to our cares and worries and the clear and helpful way in which they dealt with all of our concerns.
