"I wouldn't wish it on my greatest enemy"

I cannot stress how appalled I am with this service. Having had a root canal treatment I am now on my 20th appointment with them and they are still not finished! I had my latest appointment yesterday for my temporary crown which fell off for the 5th time and annoyingly after 6 weeks in the lab my permanent crown is still not ready! I have been left on numerous occasions for more than 25 minutes with my mouth propped open. I have been told that I was not in any pain before they realised my tooth wasn't dead and I have been burnt while they melted the material for the root canal. I am completely appalled at this service and seriously think they need to re-think how they teach these so called students as after seeing at least 5 of them I would be lying if I said they were ready to graduate. Also for anyone thinking about using this service due to the fact its free, think again, 20 appointments means 20 afternoons off work not being paid. Appalled and disappointed!
