Thank you for your very kind comments about our security team and the support they gave to your colleague. Because of the nature of their role they are often asked to deal with very difficult and sometimes complex situations and don't always get the appreciation for the valuable work they do to assist patients and support staff. They are highly trained in managing security issues but I'm very pleased to hear that they also do the simple but very important things right to provide the support to patients , such as your colleague, at times when they're vulnerable and need that support. I will share your comments with them and thank them for their efforts which support our CARES values.
