From my first outpatient appointment to the post operation outpatient appointment I found nothing at all disagreeable about the experience. When I arrived for my first appointment I had an apology for there being a ten minute delay!!!!! Amazing. My stay in hospital for the operation went well. I had a comfortable room of my own, good nourishing food of my choice and friendly, helpful staff. I was kept fully aware of all to do with my operation and treatment. I appreciated the daily visits from the physiotherapists which went a long way to encouraging me to keep up with the necessary exercises. Within ten days of being home, I had put aside the crutches. Joy of joys I am now largely pain free and enjoy walking without having to keep stopping for a rest. I even ran for a bus last week and have returned to my Keep Fit classes. I am 12 weeks post knee replacement surgery.
"A very pleasing experience"
