"I want to say a massive thank you"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Neurology

(as a relative),

In early November 2013 my dad was rushed to hospital after suffering a sudden bleed to his brain. He later passed away on ward L1 at 18:49.

I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff/doctors/nurses that did all they could for him. You were amazing. Myself and my family are all grateful. Thank you so much.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your kind words regarding your father's care, especially at such a difficult time for you. I am really sorry for your loss. It is always nice for staff to hear that their hard work is appreciated and I will pass your comments on to them. Thank you again
