"I did not have to wait long for ..."

What I liked

I did not have to wait long for the first appointment or the surgery (about 6 weeks in total). The staff all treated me kindly. The surgeon and members of his team visited me several times in the ward to check my recovery. They answered my questions effectively.

What could be improved

I was told when to remove the dressing and when I could drive. I would have found it helpful if advice had been offered on what I should avoid doing in the days and weeks after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (eg lifting, stretching?).
