My nan has been treated awfully. always thirsty, no food, three people stood around the desk with phone ringing staff. not using the infection control fluid, the nurse doing meds personnel hygiene was shocking. mixed wards, no dignity, shocking experience. the porter and and cleaner chasing each other on the corridor the whole experience has left me jaded about medway hospital
