What I liked
He was admiited after a severe seizure and was terrified and disoriented. The staff acted quickly to reassure him and make him happy to be there. They enabled him to have a positive first experience of staying overnight, so much so that i was able to leave him and get some much needed sleep! The nurses on the children's ward were very kind and coped with his difficulties very calmly. He is no longer scared of hospital, and has a more positive attitude to
his seizures and hospitals in general.
Anything else?
I'd just like to say Thankyou from a harassed and worried mum and dad to all the staff for their care and support.
