"burton ward"

my mother has just been a patient on burton ward. i can honestly say she has never been treated better in any hospital. she has very complex medical issues which makes treatment difficult at times. all staff from cleaners upwards were polite, friendly, professional and caring. never once was she spoke over as though she wasnt there. other patients who were not really awake were treated in a dignified way, spoken to when procedures were being carried out. hospitals everywhere should come and see how burton ward is run because this is how all hospitals should be run. excellent. excellent excelleent
