I wish to express my appreciation of the patience and kindness of the staff in the X-Ray (level1) Department when I attended for a bone scan. They settled me down when I arrived breathless and panicky and fetched me a sandwich when I said I couldn't face walking to the shop and back. When it came to the actual scan, I panicked and at first I couldn't face the procedure. The radiographer quietly calmed me and helped me cope.
"Thanks and appreciation"
