I look forward going to my counselling at Inclusion Matters and seeing my counsellor (Ian) who helps me so much to see things differently.
I wish though that the weeks were extended to more than they are. One of my problems is worrying about everybody else. I love poetry, so I find putting my thoughts down on paper helps me somehow:
I've done a lot of thinking and now at last I see,
I'm worrying about everyone else but me!
I care a lot about my family and friends,
But telling me their problems just never ends,
So I'm learning to be stronger, now when they phone,
And changing conversations to 'happy memories' they own,
Cause I want to be more positive like I was,
once you see,
And leave the sadness behind,
along with all the negativity.
