My wife has suffered both a rectocele and cystocele prolapse - despite the seriousness of this as confirmed by two GPs and my own wife's immeasurable discomfort and the problems caused the treatment has been dire. The Doctors a the hospital have been patronising, rude and refused to believe there are any issues. They have also refused my wife surgical treatment on the grounds that "her family is not complete yet" - which funnily enough I thought was our decision (and my vasectomy kind of rules having more children out). My wife has been left with a phobia of visiting these Doctors - after all what's the point if you are not taken seriously and not helped. A lot of distress has been caused and two years later my wife is still suffering.
