"Complaints still unresolved and still no contact"

This is now the 3rd time of putting a review on this site. I made complaints in September through the proper channels, been promised a final response and explanations for dates in November, December and January and still absolutely nothing. I notice that someone else has posted a review about a patient with a congenital heart condition. Unfortunately not all of that review is on the site but I can guess that they have had the same problems especially with appointments. MRI responded to one of my posts and said I would be contacted by PALS. Yes I was. I was promised answers, that was weeks ago. This situation is an absolute disgrace. I made my original complaints on behalf of my son but since then I could give the MRI at least 2 A4 sheets of complaints for issues that have arisen since that complaint was made. For heaven's sake, more especially for the sake of patients, the bosses need to sort these issues out. It would help if the bosses actually knew what was going on and stopped their so called admin staff from diverting or disregarding letters sent to them and that is happening at the moment.
