I arrived at Reception bang on time for my very early appointment and only waited about five minutes before being told where to go. I cannot praise the nursing staff enough during my visit to outpatients. They were so considerate and caring, putting me at my ease during a very personal examination. And the cup of tea I was offered was a lovely touch.
