"pleasantly surprised"

I can not recommended Scarborough hospital highly enough. I had heard some bad reviews, but I think people need to remember that people are quicker to complain than praise. I found the staff extremely efficient, smart and caring. The ward was immaculate and cleaned on a regular basis. The food beats that of the surrounding hospitals hands down... if I'd have stayed longer then a week they would have been rolling me out! People please remember that the majority of staff work extremely hard, long hours and are under paid in a job people seem very quick to complain about, I think we should be grateful we have a NHS.
