What I liked

I have been on both sides of the fence and have

always found the patients I have dealt with, in the Outpatients Department to be as respectful to me as I am to them. Its a daunting experience for patients if they have never been before to see a Doctor and can be very frightening patients need assurance that they are here to get help to make them feel better. I would also like to praise the nursing staff when I was a patient on the Day Unit having a proceedure. they work very hard and go out of their way to help their patients a big Thankyou to them all
