"Excellent service"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

I recently had. 5 night stay in the Urology dept. The service was excellent, all the staff being friendly, efficient and considerate despite being obviously very busy. I was also very impressed how they all worked together as a team. The media give a lot of publicity to occasional shortcomings which are inevitable in such a large organisation as the NHS and this cannot be good for the genera morale of the staff, and I wish more notice was taken of how good the NHS is.
