"my mother was in the margaret ..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

my mother was in the margaret centre on and off for 6 months. she was given the best care possible and the staff were amazing. The staff actually inspired me to become a nurse myself and since starting my training i have noticed that the care given by the margaret centre is the best around.

What could be improved

The A&E staff need to be more aware of the feelings of relatives. I was caring for my mother at home on my own and the staff didn't feel the need to talk to me about her condition or allow me to ask questions. one doctor in particular was very rude to me.

Anything else?

overall the treatment my mother recived was top class and the margaret are amazing to both patients and relatives. Thanks so much for what you did.
