The support we have received has enabled us to develop positive thinking strategies and habits. We find this extremely helpful to us.
My husband and I have a more positive outlook on life, I have also reduced anti depressant medication which I think is a result of being able to think differently about our situation.
We feel more in control and have a greater choice. We also really enjoy attending the kinship group and activities. We feel less isolated because of the group and have made a lot of friends.
