What I liked
The efficiency of the reception staff
Plenty of alcohol hand cleanser
What could be improved
The doctor I saw could have had more time for me
He could have actually examined me rather than taking a quick glance as I walked to him and him judging me
I feel like I had waited just for the NHS to say they couldn't care less if I was ill, I'm in alot of pain and the doctor I saw couldn't even recomend any painkillers that would be suitable, due to my pain I can't sleep, eat or work and this was 'just a bruise' by what he said, I'll post again when I've had a 2nd opinion
Anything else?
Doctor - Shockingly bad quality of service from the very people who are meant to be looking after us, what are we paying taxes for after all.
Reception staff and nurses - couldn't fault them
