What I liked
Being involved in decisions about my care.
What could be improved
Waiting times in outpatients.
Anything else?
We attend for regular outpatient appointments. We obviously expect a bit of a wait from time to time but today was just too much. We were in the waiting room for 2 hours and 10 mins before being called. The receptionist did not warn us of the long wait when we checked in and nobody came out to address the crammed waiting room to apologise for the inordinate delay. A disappointing experience which has exacerbated an already anxious time.
