What I liked
The fact that the hospitals brilliance has most likely saved my brothers life.
What could be improved
Communication to patients mother, who is currently extremly upset at being unable to find out the condition of her son because of :
a password and the inability (reluctence) by nurses to clarify politely to a concerned parent the condition of her son and the need for password in the first instance. It would have helped enormously if the nurses had used a more compasionate and sensitive approach when dealing with a very upset mother and explaining to her the need for a password.
Anything else?
Why are passwords applied or necessary? Does the hospital apply them on admittance?
