"Forever grateful"

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I felt unwell in the spring of 2012. Following a visit to A&E I was assigned a "heart failure nurse" (David Fearnley).

My gratitude to David for the good advice given over the past few months. I feel I have much to thank him for. He is a credit to the organisation & I feel I will be forever grateful.
