I feel the NHS co ordinator very abrupt and very condescending ! ,My consultant is very good very involved explains all your options he and his PA are extremely professional very caring and everything the NHS coordinator is not,Only 1 staff member from nursing side was unprofessional in my eyes as she did not ask me she told me what she was going to do whatever happend to patients choice ?
