"Absolute rubbish. Dont go there"

My sister was taken to via ambulance emergency to this hospital. It was the worst experience ever. Upon arrival we had to wait 1 hour to be checked in. And once we were we were given a ticket to join the major A&E queue. After waiting another 3 hours with my sister in agonising pain we were finally seen and the nurse did exactly what the emergency team did by checking her blood pressure and vitals. After which we were given a room in the emergency area. After another 3 hours a nurse came and done the same check again. And then 2 hours later came again after I spoke to the head nurse and complained why it's taking so long. When the nurse finally came she informed us that it would take another 5 hours before we are seen by a doctor. After the whole 9 hour ordeal and unbearable pain my sister had to endure we had to do a self discharge and take her else where, where were within 2 hours, and medication, she was feeling better and pain had reduced. All in all this was the worst experience ever. Never have I seen such lazy and un-cooropative staff that just pass your query unto others. Absolutely despicable service by this hospital and I will never use or recommend it to anyone.
