What I liked

Everything seemed clean, and staff were efficient and friendly. Once we got there, the service was good!

What could be improved

1. The Website says this hospital has A&E, so we came along when my partner damaged his finger. The injury was not serious, but we arrived to find there was actually no A&E department, only a minor injuries unit. This did not affect us, but it might have a very serious impact for another less fortunate patient. The website must be updated.

2. We recently moved to the area and were not that sure where we were going. Although the Hospital is signed, there were no A&E signs (possibly due to 1. above). However, even upon getting to the hospital it was VERY unclear where we should go. There were no signs from Main Reception to A&E, or Minor Injuries or something called Emergency Medical Care. We had to stop and ask the way twice. Again, although this didn't affect us badly, it would be awful for someone more incapacitated or elderly.
