What I liked

The good things... MRI process was excellent. Superb staff who managed to keep me calm! Scan results on the Friday, telephone call on the Monday, surgery on the Wednesday. All rather rapid but really great. Physio was also great and worked wonders! I feel like I have a new shoulder - thanks very much!

What could be improved

The consultant was rather blase about the whole thing and didn't seem to have much time but the operation worked wonders. I would have preferred to feel able to ask questions though. Signage at the hospital, however, is shocking, as is the car park. My record is an hour to find a space which is completely unacceptable. The car park also needs better 'policing'. eg. people to make sure drivers are going the right way in order to keep the traffic flowing and that cars aren't just abandoned!!
