What I liked

I would just like to thank you for the excellent care that my mother received during her stay at Paignton Hospital.The nursing staff cared not only for my mother but for us her family as well and incorporated us into her care. The whole team provided that support whilst working under difficult conditions coping with infections.My mother could not have had better care.

What could be improved

Somehow the hand disinfectant needs to be put in a position that visitors practically fall over-I was impressed how it was done at Torbay hospital ? attached to big water cylinders-it is difficult even when you realise the need to be scrupulously clean not to walk passed the hand washes.

Staff did make every effort to educate us as visitors.
