What I liked

Was seen and cared for quickly, nurses sympathetic and kind in A&E. X Ray Staff prompt and polite. When on the ward it was the clear the staff ahd received a proper hand over and re-explained what was happening and planned. When I got even poorlier the staff where there to help me. The surgical team talked to me not at me and I had a choice. Endoscopy dept and the porters who got me there and back were superb and yet again very kind. Yes you wait in hospitals but you get treated and tests and paperwork all takes time. I had a good experience at CGH byt then I always have had, I do wonder if sometimes patients make it worse for themselves and start complaining before they have even got a foot in the door as that is what people do these days

What could be improved

parking but that will never change so long as senior senior management have a space then it is ok
