"Mixed messages from the psychiatric unit"

I've been under the psychiatric unit since 2006. I was told from day 1 that if i was having any problems and it was between the hours of 09:00am and 17:00pm Monday to Friday, i could get in touch with the psychiatric unit.

On Tuesday i rang the psychiatric unit and spoke to my psychiatric doctor's secretary, and she said she had been spoken to about me ringing them when in crisis. She was also told that i should ring them, so i have left a message for the mental health complaints manager, but she hasn't returned my call.

So i don't know what to do.
