"Fantastic midwives"

I had both of my babies at kingston. They were very different births (first, with complications and a couple of nights on Post-natal, second very straightforward and fast and discharged 6 hours later) but both were extremely positive experiences. I found the midwives and doctors very caring and encouraging and felt safe and informed at all times. I ended up on the labour ward both times rather than the midwife unit for various reasons but was still encouraged and supported to have the active, drug free birth I wanted.
