"Very kind and made stay easier"

About: Kettering General Hospital

We have just returned home after a short stay with my 6 year ok son due to asthma exacerbation. The care we received was second to none, all staff from consultants, nurses, through to play specialists and cleaning staff-with all showing kindness and support despite being responsible for high numbers of children and being short staffed. Te new ward is beautiful, kept extremely clean and play specialists often asking the children what they would like provided to keep them occupied. Thank you for showing such kindness and getting my son better so quickly :)
