Having a cardiac arrest on the 01.10.2013 i was taken to Glenfield hospital, but i would like to say a big thank you to a member of staff who works on ward 19, who was there at the time of the cardiac and was able to keep my oxygen going till the ambulance arrived in a matter of minutes. being on I.T.C i couldnt remember anything but would like to say a big thankyou to all. after spending time i was moved to C.C.U, all the staff there was lovely, then eventually being moved to ward 28,want to say a big thank you also to the doctor who looked after me through out the stay and to make the decision of me having a defibrillator fitted, to avoid another cardiac arrest happening again. thank you once again for all the staff looking after me throughout my stay for two weeks. much appreciated x
