About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus

a little like an enforced stay at Butlins, recalcitrant staff and food that has been inspired by Charles DIckens' novels. heaven knows what management model the NHS use,but there were far too many staff whose work ethic and attitude towards patients was questionable.take one ward receptionist , who talks loudly all day about her home improvements and domestic tragic drama. And the "cleaner" who tickled shelves not checking to see if that was an effective cleaning method!!. I could write a book,. but think \i'd have had a more relaxing stay in an asylum.
