"Two heart attacks at Doncaster Royal Infirmary"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Fifteen years ago I had quadruple bypass surgery. Three years ago I had another heart attack. I went in to the Doncaster Royal Infirmary for five days and then was discharged. Four days later I had another heart attack. I was not given an angiogram - I think i should have been. After the second attack I was given an angiogram and two totally blocked arteries were found, these being grafts. Stents and medication were then used. I cannot help but think the second attack could have been avoided if the consultant had been on her toes.
