In July of this year, I had an appointment in Neurology Clinic 1 at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of blurred vision and headaches. 3 months prior to this appointment, I had been sent for an MRI scan. The appointment in July was to discuss the findings on the scan. When I got to see the Professor he had no idea that I had even had the scan and there was mo record of the results. So I felt a bit like I had wasted an appointment and am now waiting to be called back again once the results have been found.
