I feel ashamed that a department I worked in some years ago should take several hours to supply patient's discharge medication. About hree years ago I waited all day with a relation for his discharge medication . I do not think there is a shortage of pharmacists now so what is happening? The reported wait is not an isolated one. Other patients have mentioned it to me. Mary D. Just discovered pharmacy not in your list of opptions! hence don't know !

The Trust would like to apologise for the poor experience that you have had when using our pharmacy services recently. You have mentioned discharge medication so I am unclear as to whether you were a recent inpatient to the Trust or not.
