I underwent a cystoscopy today at Heatherwood. Bearing in mind some considerable nervousness at the procedure and of course the result I was very pleased that the staff, from reception through to the Day Centre Surgery unit were brilliant, that of course includes the nurses and HCA who looked after me and of course the Consultant who did the job so quickly, no fuss and no adverse symptoms afterwards. Well done Heatherwood-again Thanks George Spinks
