I was a patient on Morris ward at the Nottingham City hospital for the treatment of heart problems. I was always treated as an individual. I thought the professional attitude and personal attention by the staff was excellent. Very little could have been better.
I thought the whole staff on Morris ward were a very dedicated group. They worked as a team and treated everybody with courtesy and respect.
