"Dermatology clinic"

I attended yesterday for a dermatology appointment and have to say I was very impressed with the whole set up. From the helpfulness of the staff on main reception to the car parking facilities. Even when I was wandering around trying to search out the Pharmacy Department, cleaners and nurses stopped to ask if they could help and directed me on my way. I have not been to Burnley Hospital in many years and I must say there has been a huge improvement. The doctor was lovely, understanding and has given me a new optimism for the cure of my problem. A big thumbs up to all staff, right across the board.
